Weird Things surround us

The first weird thing I have to tell you about is that 23 days ago, I graduated from four years of undergraduate education, four years of transformative autobiographical content, four years of the best and the worst I have ever lived, more specifically four years living in Pittsburgh, PA attending Carnegie Mellon University, and it hasn't hit me yet. I think, mostly, it hasn't hit met yet because I haven't let it hit me yet. and I'm not even sure what hitting me would feel like. I just know that I'm sort of in this content (except for my newly acquired earthquake phobia which I will get into later) maybe it's summer maybe i'm on break maybe all i care about is getting a job so i can no longer feel like a burden to my hard-working immigrant parents lifestyle that really just involves a lot of resume forwarding, tv watching, magazine browsing, running (to lose the fat that kept me warm in the long pittsburgh winter), eating frozen yogurt and gelato (because i still have taste buds and desires), hanging out with my girl friends, buying health insurance, setting up so many health appointments (including opto, dentist, gyno, and general practice), wondering what it would feel like to collapse with my house during a major 7+ earthquake, and also, preparing for my future life as a working woman, and thus saying goodbye, forever to anything at all resembling youth and innocence.
I really think I'm taking this whole transition so much better than I thought I would. Granted, I am taken care of. I pay no bills and do not worry about food or gas or rent or anything, so I'm in a position to be okay with the transition. I think I am going to become an adult without even knowing it. But before I do I urge you to look at the list below and tell me if you'd like to be part of any of it.

- napa & sonoma valleys
- yosemite
- santa cruz mountains
- sf museums (all of them!!)
- giants games
- berkeley
- sf bars & clubs
- bbqs and dinner parties
- maybe southern california

not cali:
- vegas (everyone has been but me!!)
- nyc
- mexico
- houston

There are a few other weird things I wanted to tell you about.

1. Today on a commercial truck, for what company I cannot be sure of, in white text it said on the bumper near the right: line one: "How is My Driving?" line two: "Call this number 800-something" line three: "My kid plays ice hockey!"

That is really weird to me. It wasn't even like a driving advertisement for some ice rink or hockey school. It was straight up an excited sentence about this dude's kid.
and, I'll never know.
